Question:
Some files I’m trying to add to my Mix player using Mix Central won’t sync. How can I fix this?

Answer:
You may be missing a security component required to sync files that have DRM (digital rights management) to devices.  Please click on the link below and follow the instructions to install the security component.

After you have installed the security component, try syncing the files to the device again.
